General

In these Terms of Service, “we”, “us”, “our” or “LF” refers to L&F Hair and Beauty Suppliers.

Access to and use of this Website and the goods and services available through this Website (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices.

By visiting, viewing or ordering from our website, you agree to acknowledge and be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time.

You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.


We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason, including if the requested Product is not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the online store or an error in your Order.

 

Terms of Sale

By placing an order for any goods on our Website you are offering to purchase the goods on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to be eligible to place an order with LF, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. LF retains the right to refuse any order made by you.

When placing an order with LF you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.

Pricing, Product Description and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any incorrect description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. However; your order cancellation must be finalised before your order has been dispatched. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total’.

Due to our website currently being renewed, the acceptance and acknowledgment of potential description or pricing of products or/or other errors, is an agreement made through the processing of your sale. Any issue are dealt with between you and us, the company.

Prices subject to change without notice and include GST. The right to correct website errors is reserved.

Payment

We accept payment for orders via credit card or debit card using eWAY, or in-store. Cash payments may also be made in store (Prestons and Casula Stores Only).

Upon receiving your order, our billing agent carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your credit or debit card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once your payment has been approved.

For all first time customers ordering over $100, LF Hair & Beauty Suppliers reserve the right to request a screen shot of your bank statement to confirm the order belongs to the card holder, and minimise fraud for your security.

Returns and Collections

We have a NO RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy for change of mind, if you no longer require the item, or you have no use for the goods or for any other reason.

Returning goods if they are faulty

Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also may be

entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our team . Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.

Items come with the standard manufacturer warranties. Please contact our team in regards to any warranty issues and the appropriate steps and procedures will be taken to organise. (All products back to base) any faults with products will be taken back to the company of which owned.

All products are to be used in accordance to the product manufacturer’s guidelines. No responsibility will be accepted for misuse or incorrect selection of products.

No warranty is given as to the condition or performance of any goods. In particular, no such warranty is given in respect of damage or loss sustained to goods arising from faulty assembly or fitting.

The company reserves the rights to either replace free of charge or repair any goods proved to be of defective manufacture, provided that the cost of returning and re-delivering the goods will be at the customers’ expense.

Delivery and Freight

All goods are sold ex-warehouse. L & F Hair and Beauty Suppliers cannot be held liable for damages in transit. The customer is responsible for any fees associated with returning any defective item(s). Under no circumstances shall L&F Hair and Beauty Suppliers be liable to pay, or refund your freight. Any freight expenses are at your expense. This includes the freight cost to you and freight cost to return items to our warehouse

All shipments are either made with Australia Post, GO Logistics or Couriers Please. We try and insure that we can send out our orders at the lowest possible price for our customers.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Australia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Freight charges are stated within the Shipping Page and may change without notice. All delivery times are estimated times only, and may vary.

LF will not be held liable for any late deliveries or any losses, damages, expenses, charges, or costs that may arise from the late delivery.

On delivery, most orders require a signature before release of consignment. If you would like your parcel to be delivered without a signature, leave a special message in the ordering process that it is OK to leave your order. In this instance, LF will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage that may occur once delivery has been made by the shipping provider and all responsibility from the point of delivery will be passed on to you.

Once the order has been released from our facilities and you have received it, you are responsible to check the order and inform LF of any damages or faults within 2 working days.

Orders will be delivered to the Shipping Address that is stated in the Order Process. Please check this information is correct, as LF will take no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and/or any losses that may occur as a result. Re-delivery freight charges will be at the cost of the customer.

We sell professional products to Trade in the Hair & Beauty Industry Only. By completing the purchase buyer agrees that they are a professional in the hair and beauty industry and
that LF hair & beauty supplies take no liability or responsibility for the misuse of products.
